The Grey Cup record which will likely never be broken is the record for the greatest margin of victory: 54 points by Queen's University over Regina in 1923. It is also the record for the most points scored by one team in a Grey Cup game, although that one might be broken someday (fifty points have twice been scored by one team in the Grey Cup).
Please specify which of the 100-plus games you want the score for.

My father actually did play in the 1937 Grey Cup Game, his first of seven Grey Cup appearances, but I'll resist the temptation to claim he was the MVP of the game. In fact no MVP awards were made back in the 30s. Record keeping was minimal, and was generally restricted to scoring. The first Grey Gup MVP award went to Charlie Sheppard of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in 1959.
