The NHL was established in Canada shortly after they invented hockey. There were two leagues. The first one I do not recal. But the second league was the NHL in the late 1890's. With the first 3 teams from original six. Montreal Canadiens, Toronto, and New York.

∙ 13y agoBy god in heaven. But realising it's beauty and perfection he in his infinite wisdom and love decided to share it with the world. He did this by creating ESPN so that everyone who couldn't play could at least be blown away by it's immense action and skill, so now even I a simple English man can watch a work of art! I wish we love Ice Hockey instead of football!
