Meat and eggs and milk and legumes, all contain sufficient protein to sustain a normal person in good health, providing one does not eat to access any of the above. Leave white bread alone, you might as well eat a stick of chalk. Eat wholemeal bread. Do not over eat, so stop eating when you feel satisfied.

there are 4 good times to do it,

1. as soon as u wake up

2. 45mins before exercise

3. Immediatley after exersize

4. Before bed (mix with milk)

The most important time is number 3 by far
