the person who got kicked will be taken off and replaced by another player if there is a serious injury. Otherwise, they may just have to continue. The person who kicked the other one will be either sent off (in a bad way) or be given a yellow or red card.

What would happen if you were kicked in the stomach?

Depending on how hard and how often you were kicked, most of the time it'd hurt, it'd likely bruise, but further injury isn't all that common. Naturally, repeated injury, or a very severe impact can have all manner of results, some fatal. However, in your standard street fight, it's hard to build up the momentum to accurately kick someone in the stomach and have it do truly serious injury. More than that is hard to say, as it depends on what internal structures were hurt, how hard the kick was -- the whole set of circumstances that make up the whole picture. My advice then is avoid being the kicker or the kickee whenever possible.
