Can girls die from football injuries?

It depends on how serious the injury is. if the girl gets a really bad head injury it is possible she could get a concussion or maybe die but it has to be really serious. or if they just fall and cut their knee its still an injury but she wont die. again they will only most likely only die if it is really, really serious

A Famous black gymnast?

Well, there's definatley A LOT of famous gymnasts but I would have to say the most famed is Nadia Comaneci because she not only scored the first perfect 10 in history, but she scored 10's again and again! A lot of people know her and her accomplishments even if they don't do/watch gymnastics and that is why I think she is the most well-known gymnast in history.

What is the rule for the single bar mens gymnastics because on the 12th chinas' coach was on the mat with the athlete.. is that really allowed?

Well it is kind of complicated. When the gymnast is on the bars and does a release move (meaning he/she comes off of the bar to re-catch the bar again) the coach is supposed to step onto the mat. If the coach spots or touches the gymnast in any way, it is allowed but it is a major deduction.

Is it safe to run if you had a serious knee injury like tearing of the ACL?

You may need support to the knee in order to prevent from over straining the joint. Tearing your ACL is a serious injury, and you should consult a physician before taking up running or strenuous exercise beforehand, or you may result in injuring the knee again.

How do you spot a stride circle in gymnastics?

You will want to have one hand on their wrists (the one closest to you that is on the bar) and as the gymnasts circles around the bar, help them move their wrist. This will help the gymnast develop a sense of when to move the hands around. As the gymnast begins to approach the top of the bar again, put your hand on her back and help her over the bar. If you wish, you may want to have one hand on her back leg instead of her wrist.

What are the rules of Olympic gymnastics?

Olympic gymnastics, nowadays, goes by FIG rules. This is the elite scoring system which does not follow the 10.0 score. Instead there is an execution score and a difficulty score. The execution score is out of 10 and shows how well you did your routine. What you do wrong in your routine (bent legs, a fall, etc.) goes toward the execution score. The difficulty score is made up of the bonus points for all the difficult skills you did in your routine. Each skill is graded from A-G and has a certain amount of bonus tenths for each. The gymnast's actual score, in the Olympics, is the combined of the two scores. This is what determines who wins, who got the highest, in the Olympics. There is no perfect score because it depends on the difficulty of the gymnast's routine. A single gymnast could get a 15 or a 16 or maybe even an 18. Again, it all depends on how difficult the routine was and how well the gymnast completed it. bla bla bla bla bla bla blabla bla bla bla bla blabla bla bla bla bla bla blsa

How do you make your parents let you do gymnastics?

I was a gymnast myself. I did it for 5 years then my mom stopped bringing me to classes. Anyway, Just one day go up to them and say mom/dad I'm really interested in doing gymnastics. do you think you could sign me up? if they say no don't freak out! (also ask about gymnastics when they r in a good mood) If they say no just do chores, bring up your grades, and don't whine. then ask again about 3 weeks-1 month later and see if they change their mind. If they don't research gymnastics, look at leotards, ask yourself if you want to compete, and look for any gyms near you! (BTW this will show your very interested!!)
