The Chicago Bears Mascot is a bear named Staley. the name comes from the original team named the Decatur Staleys. Staley da Bear is the mascot for the team called the Chicago Bears. Before Staley da Bear there were other official mascots. The mascot is well known.
The font that the Chicago Bears use is called London Black. It was designed by Dennis Ortiz-Lopez. The Bears play at Soldier Field.
The Decatur Staleys became the Chicago Staleys in 1921 and were renamed the Chicago Bears when George Halas bought the right to the club in 1921.
