Germany invading Russia after signing a treaty with them.and D-Day
Germany invaded Poland a week after signing the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact on August 23, 1939. This non-aggression treaty between Germany and the Soviet Union allowed Germany to launch its invasion of Poland on September 1, 1939, marking the beginning of World War II. The invasion prompted Britain and France to declare war on Germany shortly thereafter.
They technically made peace with Russia, but that was more like Russia being taken over by a communist uprising and dropping out of the war than Germany signing a treaty.
The United States rejected the Treaty of Versailles because they did not want to punish Germany that harshly. The U.S. felt that the treaty was punishing Germany the wrong way and felt that Germany would respond back. The treaty was made in a way that Germany would have no choice but to fight the treaty and that is a major reason for World War 2. By the U.S. not signing the treaty, they were not immediately involved in World War 2.
WW1 was ended with the Treaty of Versailles which blamed the war on Germany. Germany was so mad about this that, for their new dictator, they looked to Hitler for guidance This led up to WW2, in a way.
All the bad things which has happened to germany e.g. Lost of ww1, hyperinflation, signing the treaty of versailles.
