I don't know, but he sounds suspiciously like the famous composer Igor Stravinsky - just substitute a couple of initial capitals, and swap two letters round in the surname, and there you have him. Stravinsky was a Russian-American composer, noted particularly for his ballet scores, who lived from 1882 to 1971.

Igor Stravinsky first achieved dominance in his association with the Ballets Russes under Sergei Diaghilev with three ballets: The Firebird, Petrushka and The Rite of Spring. Stravinsky changed previous conceived notions of rhythmic structure. Following the ballets, he turned to neoclassical expression.
I know two. High School Cadets and El Capitan are two of his most famous compositions. Sorry I don't know a third one.
