If you were walking on the crosswalk and if you were not at fault, the driver should be responsible for covering the cost of damages... assuming you were not doing anything wrong like not walking on the crosswalk, or walking on the crosswalk when it says not to...

injuries can happen anywhere, it all depends on what you are doing when you injure yourself.
To warm up and stretch their muscles so as to not hurt themselves.
Then That's not really a question... a statement with a question mark. Stating that, I can say you should not stretch before doing anything cardiovascular, without doing a warm up. You should do something light, like walking for a few minutes to warm up your muscles, then stop and stretch. At this point it is better to increase the intensity of your workout.

it depends on what type of acting you are doing. If you are doing a play usually a broken foot crushed by a piece of the set or a stubbed toe is the worst of it. if you are doing a musical and dancing, knee injuries are common. Burns or heat stroke are the worst you can expect if you are doing on camera acting.
Some hazards are sprains, injuries and breaks from working out to hard or not paying attention and doing what you like to do.The fitness centre is a hazardous place if you don't stretch or work out slowly before actually doing the rough exercises. When you are working out at the fitness centre always remember to work at your own pace or you will injure your self for sure!
At least walking.
