Audiovisual techniques refers to strategies that are commonly used in presentation of data. This will entail audio and visual equipment like screen projectors and sound systems.
Teaching techniques refer to specific methods used to deliver information, such as lectures or group discussions. Teaching strategies, on the other hand, encompass broader approaches to achieve learning goals, such as differentiated instruction or cooperative learning. Techniques are the specific tools a teacher uses, while strategies are the overall plan or framework guiding instruction.

Volley Ball
Dribbling is a means to move around the field while controlling the ball at the same time. Different techniques can also be used to get through defenders and to open space for teammates.
You exert a downward force onto the ball, and because it is rubber, it will bounce back up to you. Do this repetitively, and you will be dribbling a basketball. (YOu know you are doing it correctly if the ball is going UP and DOWN!)
In offense when you are trying to reach the goal.
Pivoting is when you have the ball and moving one foot only while the other is foot is stationary so you can see around you. Since you cannot move when you have the ball withough dribbling, this gives you more options.
Dribbling the ball was not possible until the invention of the orange basketball that we are familiar with today which was in the mid 1950s. The balls used previously were lopsided and you could not control the bounce and the direction the ball would go once bounced. As far as who invented the idea of dribbling the ball and when that was first allowed and who created the rules for dribbling the ball in the beginning that seems to be a great mystery I personally have searched the web and can't find a clear answer to those questions. If you know please share! Prior to the orange ball which made dribbling possible the ball would be simple passed from one player to another with the ball being bounced sometimes once between players on the pass. So since it was not allowed to Dribble to start with someone had to invent it but for the life of me I can't find out who! Do you know?
