Horse Racing
South Carolina does offer or allow horse racing wagering. They do have restrictions on this type of gambling. This state as well as several others do not allow online wagering of horse racing.
Several states may make that claim, but Kentucky certainly comes to mind.

The state horse of Missouri is the fox trotting horse.
It isn't the only one, but the Kentucky Derby is one of them.

There is no Official State Horse in Pennsylvania.
