I'm not sure, but I remember reading that AFRTS (Armed Forces Radio & Television Service, broadcast by US Military transmitters for troops abroad) broadcasts, among other things, sporting events. They broadcast 24 hours daily, in English, from transmitters around the world. The frequencies I'm listing are from a 2006 guidebook, but I don't think they've changed, as I listened to one just the other day.
4319 kHz (transmitter located in Diego Garcia)
5446.5 (Key West)
5765 (Guam)
6350 (Pearl Harbor)
7590 (Iceland)
7811 (Key West)
9980 (Iceland)
10320 (Pearl Harbor)
12133.5 (Key West)
12579 (Diego Garcia)
13362 (Guam)
I believe that's all of the stations, but I could've missed some. Do a google search for AFRTS for more info.
I also believe VOA (Voice of America), while not broadcasting the events themselves, broadcasts results and related sports news. As VOA transmits exstensively on many different frequencies and times, I cannot provide a list. (Also, VOA stopped broadcasting to North America a while ago, but their broadcast to west Africa is still widely heard towards the east coast--I'm able to hear it loud and clear in Atlanta).
Resulsts will wary from location to location and among different radios, of course. In my experience, in the Southeast US, I've found the most audible AFRTS stations to be 12133.5 (VERY loud and clear) and 7811.
Good luck!
A computer cannot do that. Buy a radio that receives these frequencies.

I listen to baseball games quite often on the radio. I like listening on the radio because you get to use your imagination compared to TV. I highly suggest going to a live sporting event aswell!
on an ipod, you can listen to radio music or your own music, play games, and more but a radio can only listen to music
Aircraft Radio Frequencies, are *How pilots, are able to speak to the people working at the "Control Tower," at Airports. That's what (ARF)= Aircraft Radio Frequencies, really are.(:.
If the games are broadcast on a radio station that has an iPad app, you can listen there.
Because different radio stations broadcast at different frequencies, and the radio tuner lets you decide which frequencies to listen to. Radio station owners have to buy the rights to use a particular frequency within a particular area. When you are driving sometimes you will hear two stations overlapping as you move out of the range of one station and into the range of another that is broadcasting on the same frequency.
