As a woman: play sports. Both: take more of an interest in women's sports or have fun playing sports with (other) women.

The traditional answer would be, women should not take part in sports because if they do, who is going to be watching the children? However the idea that women have no other role than to bear and raise children is obsolete. Women have shown that they are capable of participating fully in human society, just as men do. Your question expresses a medieval attitude which will not serve you well in the modern world (unless you live in Iran).
