What skateboard is better Speed Demons or Real?

Speed demons got their start with bearings. That's what they know best. Real has been a manufacturer of decks for a long time. While neither one encompasses the entire skateboard but merely pieces of it, you can't say that Real makes good skateboards, they simply make good decks. And Speed Demons make good bearings. Likewise, Independent makes good trucks, or you could go with Rob Dyrdek's Orion trucks. Nowadays, almost all brands are made equally depending on what your preference is. Some people like a little extra spring in their boards, and others want them as stiff as possible. Your skating style/genre definitely decides what you should buy. If you like street skating, choose a light deck that's easy to flip with hard silicone wheels around 52mm. If you like cruising across town, a long board with Kryptonic wheels may be more suitable.

So in short, while Speed Demons may have crossed over into making boards as well, they are a bearing brand that knows their stuff.
