What size 5.0 liter v8 motor is in my 1986 Ford Bronco?

Answer ok i forgot about the 6 cylander,which was a 300 cubic inch engine.but in 1986 the 5.0 lt was not available. it was a 302. Ford American did not list engines in metric till much later.

the 5.o replaced the 302 ci.or as the other guy says it is a 5.1, which would make the 300 six the real 5.0

and the 5.0 has not been around since the 60s

the 5.0 is so much more refined. you obviously don't know much about engines

1986 ford bronco did not have a 5 liter engine. it had either a 302 ci, or a 351 ci. now u ask what size is your 5 liter engine.a 5 liter is a five liter.which replaced the 302 ci engine

if it was a full size bronco it had a 351,or a 302.

Ok I dunno who is answering your questions here but I own or have owned over ten fullsize broncos. The 5.0 is the 302 same engine it has been around since the 60's. At the time that your truck was built there were 3 engine offerings the 351W(5.8l),302(5.0l), as well as the 300 six engine which I have never owned and do notknow the metric dcesignation of. My wheeling Bronco has a 302 (5.0l). For more information about your question check one of the many good bronco specific webpages.
