the is no number on a polo cap
To manually open the fuel cap on a 2004 Volkswagen Polo, first ensure the vehicle is turned off and then locate the fuel cap release lever inside the car, usually found on the driver's side near the floor or on the side of the dashboard. Pull the lever to release the fuel cap door. Once the door is open, twist the fuel cap counterclockwise to remove it. If the lever is unresponsive, you may need to access the fuel cap directly by pressing on the door or checking for any obstructions.
Dist. cap Right side 3-1-5 Left side 2-4-6-Coil
If the fuel cap is jammed when a Volkswagen Polo is open the lid can be wedge with a flathead screwdriver. Depending on whether the cap will come off or not, the unit may need to be broken off and replaced.
The 1996 VW Polo distributor wire order is 1-3-4-2. The number one spot should be marked on the distributor cap.
white
Firing order is --1-6-5-4-3-2 Clockwise. The driver side head from front to back is cylinders 1-3-5 The other head front to back is 2-4-6 cylinders. Now the cap has 3 places were the wires go and from the front of cap on right side of cap will be cylinders 3-1-5 from front to back of cap. Now the left side of cap has 4 places were the wires go, from front to back of cap will be cylinders-- 2-4-6 and the last 1 will be the coil wire.
Had same problem at first, The car needs to be open then just press the cover over the cap. If the car is locked the cap will not open...
Just make sure the central locking is unlocked and then punch the petrol cap cover!
There generally is not a negative side to a cap. They are all live feeds.
Marco Polo Had 3 brothers and no sisters
there is a way by opening the cap manually from inside the port bagage there is a refer in the owners manual
Red, but the cap actually doesn't really matter unless your talking about the cap you wear on top of your swimming cap, if you're talking about that one then the goalie usually wears a Red :)
