No, to be drafted means that you are compelled to go somewhere (usually into military service). Thus you can not be drafted OUT of somewhere. If you are forcibly told you can no longer attend a school you are "expelled" from that school.
He went to Northern in Sarnia, ON after being drafted by the Sarnia Sting... I went to school with him :)
No. Attending college is not a requirement. Players are drafted from both high school and college. Some players drafted in high school choose to attend college in an effort to get into a lower draft round. Typically, the lower the draft round, the more money the player makes. Also, some players not drafted in high school attend college in hopes of being drafted.
Mike Trout did not attend college before starting his professional baseball career. He was drafted by the Los Angeles Angels straight out of high school in 2009.
Yadier Molina finished High School and then was immediately drafted into baseball so no, he did not attend college.

Zero...the NFL does not draft players directly out of high school, to be drafted you must be at least 2 years out of high school. The youngest player ever to get drafted was Amobi Akoye, 19, in 2007 as a junior.
Derek Jeter did receive a Baseball scholarship to attend the University of Michigan, after graduating from Kalamazoo Central High School in 1992. He never did attend college, due to being drafted by the Yankees straight out of high school. Derek played in the minors from 1992-1995.
