To be qualified coach of Englands national team, the person should have a licence to coach and he must have coached football clubs for a while for the experience. Take the case of Fabio Capello, He has coached Real Madrid, A.C Milan and Juventus, he now coaches England.

Step 1: Apply to any open job at a local football club. If no jobs are available, volunteering time is good also. Step 2: Learn all their is to know from the general manager. Step 3: Study the games. Step 4: Apply for any professional sports degrees. Many coaching degrees are available online. Step 5: Become certified. Step 6: Apply to the minimum certificate and then the local FA. Step 7: Apply for the "B" certificate once comfortable enough to manage a team. Step 8: When serious enough to manage a team, apply for the "A" certificate. This will require at least 120 hours of work with a club. Step 9: If all of the above certificates are gained, then the "Pro" certificate can be achieved.
