With 2 darts you cannot hit 99, 102, 103, 105, 106, 108, 109 or anything over 110.

With 1 dart you cannot hit 23, 29, 31, 35, 37, 41, 43, 47, 49, 52, 53, 55, 56, 58, 59 or anything over 60.
