You pretty much use every single muscle in your body. You use your calfs, quadtriceps, hamstrings, archilles. You also use your hip flexs, and to a certain extent, you will use your upper body, especially abdomnials and pectorals. You may think you don't use your upper body, but you do. You use these muscles in forsamation (the build up).
