Mostly your Quad muscles

Running and walking does use the same muscles in the body. Three of the main muscles used in the legs are hamstrings, quadriceps and gluteal muscles.
Most of the muscles of the body are exercised when running. Of course the foot and leg muscles are needed the most but the muscles of the torso and upper body are used as well.
Muscular endurance is a phrase used to describe how much a person can do with their muscles. This is referred to while a person is running or walking and while lifting weights.
Your triceps and biceps. Your calfs and thigh muscles. there, i think, are muscles in your tourso that are active. then your heart and lungs.
you should work out all your muscles, as if you just work out certain ones, then other muscles may develop problems such as pains and tightness due to not being used while other muscles are being possibly overworked
There are several muscles that are used for walking downhill. These include all of the leg muscles and many abdominal muscles.
Quite a few muscles go to work while running. While there are the obvious muscles (Such as calf, thigh, hip, and hamstrings) other muscles are subtly at work also. The abdominal muscles are slightly worked, along with the arms and back muscles. The arms are constantly swinging, going against air friction/wind during the run. Your back helps keep you in the upright position and is constantly shifting while you take each step. So pretty much your entire body goes to work while running (even your toes which push you off the ground). Hope that helped :)
we use our quadriceps and our hamtrings
Legs and abs for running and stability while throwing, throwing starts with legs then core, then triceps, then forearm for the snap on the toss
11 muscles are used in your body while talking.
While kayaking, the muscles primarily worked are the muscles in the arms, shoulders, back, and core. These muscles are used to paddle, steer, and stabilize the kayak.
