The answer you are likely looking for is "Communist", but the reality is a little more complex than that.

Lenin thought Russia needed a strong central government that would own all land and industry in order to force the country away from capitalism and embrace socialism. Both he and Karl Marx referred to it as the Dictatorship of the proletariat. The difference was that Marx believed that all workers would share power whereas Lenin believed that only a small group of people should be in power and they weren't the ordinary workers that Marx envisioned.

What kind of government and economy did Lenin and Stalin rule give the Soviet Union?

Lenin and Stalin gave the Soviet Union an autocratic (Totalitarian) Communist Government. Stalin kills more people than Lenin did. (Because Stalin is even more cruel than Lenin, who is somewhat more humane and Stalin took place as leader of USSR for nearly 30 years while Lenin died within 5 years after assumed as leader of USSR.)

What kind of government did Lenin initiate?

A communist system of government replaced the old, decadent, corrupt monarchy, after the Russian Revolution of 1917. Lenin created a socialist type of government, not a communist type of government. The government created by Lenin was just as repressive and autocratic as the monarchy that had been replaced. Dissent from Bolshevik/Communist doctrine or against the leaders of the Bolsheviks (meaning Lenin himself) was deemed counter-revolutionary and subjected the dissident to exile, imprisonment or death. All political parties, then existing as well as to be formed, except the Bolshevik/Communist Party were dispersed and outlawed. Lenin created the Bolshevik Party which seized governmental power from the Russian Provisional Government, which had been set up in place of Tsar Nicholas' II's rule. Then he created the first Russian republic called the Russian Soviet Federal Socialist Republic, which in 1926 became the Soviet Union. Once the Bolsheviks had all political power with no way for the people to change things, the government got just as corrupt as the Tsar's had been.

Who brought the idea of communism to Russia?

Tough question.I doubt any one person can be blamed. Carl Marx had a great deal to do with the formation of the concept of communism. At the time the Russian people were fed up with the czars and communism was an appealing replacement for that form of government. I read that 85% of the people were peasants at the time so they wanted a form of government that would equalise the wealth. (Personally, I think it's the same desires that got Obama elected.) The Bolshevik party was the first party that really brought communism to a possision of power. Lenin started the Bolshevik party. To pin this down to one name is difficult but it's the kind of thing a teacher would do.I think Lenin is your main man here.Wikipedia has some answers and is probably more creditable than this site. After the Bolshevik revolution communism really took off so I would look at its members.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bolshevik

Was Vladimir I. Lenin a sin to god?

Vladimir Ilyich Lenin was a die hard atheist as it became to a Marxist. He was one of the main instigators of mass persecution of Orthodox Church clergy after Bolshevist coup d'etat. But Orthodox theology presumes that man is not a completely free agent: he can pursue his wishes only as far as God lets him do it. So, if Lenin persecuted clergy, it was God who gave him a possibility to execute it. But this is only the Christian way of thinking. Contrary to popular media brainwashing, atheists are not evil. Christians can be good, evil, or neutral, so why not atheists. This kind of bigotry is what allows science and logic to be persecuted. As well, not all Marxists are evil, either. That's like saying everybody in the Green Party is evil just because they have a different way of thinking. Deus Mortuus.
