In Cheerleading, you use almost every muscle in your body. you need core strength for stunting and jumps, you need leg strength for stunting and jumps, and you need arm strength for stunting and making your motions sharp. You would need to work on these areas by doing basicly anything to make them stronger. If you are a cheerleader looking to up your game, check out your high school's weight room or your local fitness center. If you get there and are uncertian what to do, ask an upperclassmen, (really they arent scary once you get to know them! :) ) or the person on duty at the fitness center.
