A Major- 3 Sharps- F, C and G.

A Minor- 0 Sharps, 0 Flats, though in a harmonic minor you would have to raise the seventh degree of the scale

(in this case, G) a semitone higher, and in a melodic minor you would have to raise the sixth and seventh degrees (in this case, F and G) a semitone on the way up, but to play it without any raised notes on the way down.

Hope that wasn't too confusing.
