Wow, is this a ticket stub from the first game ever played at Yankee Stadium? I don't know the real value, but the value of a 1923 world series stub from Yankee Stadium is anywhere between a few hundred and a few thousand dollars, depending on condition.

The 1987 postcard of Yankee Stadium would be worth about $5,-$10. in near/mint condition. With the new Stadium opening in 2009 the value will rise in the coming years, but not by much.
At Yankee Stadium Box Seats Field level were $3.50 and weren't much more for the series.
