The value depends on which team represented the home team for the program you have (even thogh both teams played in Sportsman's Park). The Cardinals version is worth about $150 while the Browns version is worth about $225, in excellent condition. Actual value of yours could be more or less depending on conition. I have a reprint of the Browns program and it does have pre-printed signatures on a page titled "Autographs of Brownie Players". If you can send pictures or a desciption of the condition, I can give you a better idea of the value of your copy.
