The trick is to play your best in every game you play
In bridge, the defender can indeed declare honors if they win a trick with a card that is part of a sequence of honors in their hand. For example, if a defender plays the king of a suit and wins the trick, they can then declare any other honors they hold in that suit, such as the queen or jack. However, it is important to note that the declaration of honors must be done according to the rules and at the correct time during the play.

WinPC Defender is not a real program, it's so called "scareware" - it tries to trick users into purchasing it's "full version" by displaying fake threat reports. More info can be found here: http://www.2-viruses.com/remove-winpc-defender

In Texas - or any other state - you can't change your public defender if you don't think he is doing a good job. Only the judge can change your public defender, so you would have to convince the judge that the public defender is not doing a good job. See the first related link below for an example of this from the Dallas County Public Defender's Office (scroll down to the question "Can I fire my Assistant Public Defender?"). I found this at the second related link, which has links to Public Defender offices in several counties; you can call those offices and ask about their local procedures.
