Target Field in Minneapolis is the new home of the Minnesota Twins. It is the first open-air home field for the Minneapolis Twins since they moved out of Metropolitan Stadium after the 1981 season. Minnesota played in the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome from 1982 to 2009.

In 2012, Marlins Park in Miami opened to serve the Miami Marlins Baseball team, thus becoming the newest field at this point.
