If you mean Crimson Tide that is the nickname of a small southern university in LA (Lower Alabama). Crimson Tide fans suffer from a dibilitating case of feelings of grandeur. Symptoms include putting on red clothing (although its called Crimson in LA) and acting like a bafoon on Saturdays. The only treatment for this illness is NCAA probation. If you or a loved one suffers from Crimson Tide please notify your nearest community college administrator and have them transferred at once. The Crimson Tide did enter remission after their defeat by the University of South Carolina this year however, shortly after it was determined that the Crimson Tide was terminal.

On a side note: One of the most famous alumni who played football for the Crimson Tide is Forest Gump.
