If you are talking about football, a team must have a minimum of 10 practice days before a scrimmage or game against another team. The first 3 of those days must be non-contact and only one 3 hour practice may be held each day. After the 3 day non-contact period they may have full pad practices, but they can not conduct multiple on field practice sessions (as in two-a-days) for more than one day in a row. On days when there is only one practice they may not be longer than 3 hours on field. There may not be more than 5 hours on multiple practice days.
