Michigan Stadium is the largest and has 107,501 seats. Throw in the teams, the cheerleaders, and other assorted crew members and you find yourself looking at place where 112,118 fans took their seats to see Michigan take on Ohio State in 2003. That's an NCAA record. The crowd is so large that it threatens to eclipse the total population of Ann Arbor where the stadium is located

About 109,000 at Ohio State. But it is a soft number as they renumber the bench seats now and then.
