I'm not 100% certain, but I'd be enormously surprised if the 46-46 draw between Leeds and Sheffield back in 1994 wasn't it.

2 for a win, 1 for a draw and none for a loss 4 for a try, 2 for a conversion and 1 for a field goal :)
No, only way to get points in a game is scoring a goal. But in league systems you may gain 1pts for a 0-0 draw
Its slightly different to other ball games however this is how points are acheived. 4 points for a win. 2 points for a draw. 1 "bonus" point for scoring 4 tries (or more). 1 "bonus" point for losing by 7 points (or fewer).
