Distance depends on numerous factors but rest assured there are no "general distances", even on tour every player hits each club a different distance Tiger can hit his sand wedge 127 and AK 112 (Source :Tee it up with Tiger and AK). Therefore hit the range and dial it in. A simpler but not fool proof method is the following: You will pretty much have a 10-15 yrd distance gap between clubs,so take your pitching wedge and add 10-15 yrd and that is your 9 iron another 10-15 yrds and that's your 8iron and so on.

Info about tee height?

For your driver and fairway woods half the ball should be above the face, this is because these clubs usually hit the ball on the upswing. Your long irons should be tee'd up in the centre of the face, and your short irons and wedges should be just off the ground so you can compress the ball.

What does the term 'undercut' mean as related to golf clubs such as the King Cobra 3100 IH Undercut clubs?

I believe it means that the clubs are so bottom-weighted that at impact, the club's center of gravity is below the ball's equator (thereby 'undercutting' the ball). This should result in a higher launch angle, more back spin, and slightly more distance (theoretically). It certainly helps cut down on the skull shots as even pulling out of the shot a little should keep the club's COG away from the top of the ball.

Is it a hand ball if someone kicks the ball at you football?

If the ball is kicked at your hand then no. There is ball to hand and hand to ball. If it is ball to hand, nothing should happen, but if you go and block the ball with your hand or arm, it's a foul. There are exceptions but that is the general rule.

What is COG of golf club?

The COG of a golf club is the centre of gravity. The clubs are designed to have a low COG to get the ball airborne. For high handicap clubs, there is a lot of weight to the club, drawing the COG to make sure the ball gets up easier, and also makes the clubs very forgiving.

Explain how momentum is transferred when a golfer hits a ball with a golf club.?

The Golf ball, initially at rest, has no initial momentum. The velocity the moment before the club strikes the ball and the clubs mass multiply to get the initial momentum. The ball then gains much momentum in the direction of the clubs initial momentum. Since there golfers arm is remaining attached to the shoulder the clubs acceleration is directed towards his shoulder and the momentum is directed in a circular direction.
