Women's Golf balls have softer rubber cores, which helps add distance for people with slower swing speeds.
Answer
I have been playing golf for eight years and right now I'm 13, so i know the answer 100%. Women's golf balls have soft cores and they are better if you want more back spin on you shot. Most people also preffer womens golf balls on the putting green because it goes slower with a better feel. Men's golf balls are hard core. They don't give as much back spin as the women's golf balls. So if you want to improve your far distance with the driver, then I would recommend to you Men's golf balls.

There is no difference between golf balls that amateurs and professionals use. Yes you could say that professionals only use the high end golf balls, whereas amateurs use any ball they buy. The professionals may have their name, a sponsors logo or special numbers on the ball. But in terms of playability there is no difference.

I think other golf balls are better and usually a little cheaper
The difference between Titleist golf balls and other branded golf balls is simply the amount of dimples the ball has, the Titleist design helps the ball travel through rough and windy weather.
Woung golf ball - rubber band type material is wrapped arount the ball. 3-piece ball - made up of solid pieces.
