According to a friend of mine (Kevin Kaesviharn, safety for the New Orlean Saints) they (the saints) have a team meeting first thing in the morning at 7:30am. That lasts about 30-45 min. then they have a special teams meeting for bout the same length of time. Then a break. Offensive and Defensive meetings follow the break for about an hour to an hour and 10min. Then they have a walk through of their game plan for an hour, followed immediately by a a two and a half hour practice. Then they are done for the day. He said they get in at 7:30 and are done around 3:30. He then went on to say they have to lift either before the team meetings or somewhere during the lunch break. He didnt specify when lunch was but I assumed after team meetings and before the walk through sessions.
