Legs on the body enable movement. For example, walking is an ability in normal functioning legs. Animals, people, and insects have legs.
The straddle is the best stretch for my legs but there are different needs for different people.

Pretty much anyone can do gymnastics as long as you have arms and legs. It may be harder for different people to do different events but if you keep practicing the events you will be able to do them, just like any sport.
Soccer is the best because you have the chance to show people da skills oyu have with your legs!

It depends on the sport and the girl. If she is very good at a sport there is no reason why she shouldn't be able to play in that sport. Gender should have no foundation in sports since it is ability that is important.
