It depends on what position you play. It all depends on what shaft feels best in your hands. I would recommend going to a Lacrosse store and feeling shafts to see which one feels the most comfortable.
These are some of the ones I prefer:
1. STX Sci-Ti Pro $180
2.Scandium Pro $100
3.Warrior Kryptolyte $91
These are my favorite heads
1. STX Super Power $99
2. Brine Clutch
I have the Warrior Kryptolyte with STX Super Power and I love it.
I would go with Sci-Ti Pro with STX Super Power if money was no issue. But I like all of them.

Lacrosse
A girls Lacrosse stick should be about as long as your arms and fingers.
I would have to say the Gary gait ice.
Generally, the best stick length is for the shaft to be the length of your arm; however, just a standard stick length seems to work best for most people. If you cut it to your arm length, it makes it easier to maneuver. But, a really good lacrosse player can maneuver the stick regardless.
Regular sized lacrosse stick, cut it down.
To play girls lacrosse, you need lacrosse goggles,a girl's lacrosse stick, and a mouthguard.

The actual stick of the Lacrosse stick is called a shaft.
