Everyone is differnent however you want to avoid eating anything solid 3-4 hours before the game. Before that I would concentrate on healthy choices with an enphasis on complex carbs, healthy fats an protein. Avoid dairy also. Some ideas....

-Whole wheat pasta, chicken breast, tomato sauce, salad

-Morning...whole wheat bagel, almond butter and a banana

Stay away from greasy junkie foods that would normally make you feel sick. If you need something within a few hours of the game make sure to eat something that will digest quick....a protein shake normally works.
