Wow 13 YO, I'm 33 YO and your bicep is huge compared to mine. It is 4 inches bigger, that is a LOT of muscle. Kid you could pick my scrawny little bod up and throw me clear across the room! You would wipe me out in a fight!

i am 12 but i am large not tall or fat just muscular unflexed my biceps are 12 inches but when they are flexed they are thirteen inches not to "flex" on anyone
