some are fast but u have to understand, that some safetys run between 4.4 to 4.6 40's any one running under a 4.4 is usually a corner. and the safety position is also a drop back positions for veteran corners that are aging and their skills decline and may have lost a step. however they still contribute effectively as safetys....
