This all depends on what you have and the weather:
Warm: Maybe some black shorts, or colored shorts, A colored top, and runners.
so
Cool: Leggings or 3/4 pants, I would say a short sleeved top because you may get hot while you are running but its up to you.
If you want too be very spirited you could go down to your local convenience store and buy a colored wig, zinc, colored headbands/hair ties. You could even buy some material and make a cape.
