If neither team scores an away goal over the two legs and the scores are tied at the end of regular play, then it goes to extra time (two halves of 15 minutes) if there is still a tie after that, it goes to penalties.

Team points - 1 on the scoresheet, 0 on the standings (unless that goal is a winner or gets you into OT) player points - 1-3. Whoever scores the goal gets a point in his stats for a goal, and the last 2 players from your team to touch the puck get points for the assist. (If the other team has the puck under their control, and you take away the puck, you can get an unassisted goal and get the only point, or you can get the only assist if you pass it after a takeaway and get the goal.
