Yes, but it's not likely. A lot of colleges will hold try-outs and you can attempt to become a walk-on. These players frequently play for the scout team, but typically will not see game time. There are notable exceptions to where a walk-on will become a playing member of the team and receive a scholarship. You will have a better chance at playing football at a smaller school than at big Division 1 school.
To try to impress your coaches it would be helpful to show them some clips of you in action. But it shouldn't really matter. You just need to impress in your try-outs.
