It is basically having a cutoff score at each predictor - and if an applicant fails to reach the cutoff score he/she is eliminated from the employee selection. Others will continue to progress onto the next predictors but if they do not reach the subsequent cutoff scores they're eliminated as well. Hope that helps.

staffing and Recruitment?

Staffing and recruitment are essential functions in human resource management that help organizations find and retain the right talent to meet their business objectives. While both terms are often used interchangeably, they serve slightly different purposes. Recruitment is the process of attracting, identifying, and hiring qualified candidates for permanent roles within a company. It involves activities such as job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviews, and final selection. The goal of recruitment is to fill long-term positions that contribute to the organization’s sustained growth. Staffing, on the other hand, focuses on providing skilled professionals for specific time-bound projects or temporary roles. It allows companies to quickly scale their workforce up or down based on project needs, without the long-term commitments of permanent employment. Staffing solutions are especially valuable in industries like IT, manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare, where demand often fluctuates. Lyftr Talent Solutions, a leading staffing and recruitment agency in Gurgaon, excels in both areas by connecting businesses with top-tier talent. Whether you need temporary staff for short-term projects or permanent employees for strategic roles, Lyftr Talent Solutions offers customized, efficient, and compliant workforce solutions that help organizations grow while ensuring candidates find rewarding career opportunities.
