I'll have to say scoring a try in rugby is harder.
My reason is:

Firstly in rugby we HAVE to pass behind. In soccer we can pass anywhere.

In rugby you can use your whole body to tackle someone. In soccer that would be counted as a red card, and not only that but, the player that got tackled might get an injury.

I disagree actually. Statistics show that per game, more Rugby league trys are scored that football goals.
