Doing a triple back hand spring is very easy when you get the hang of it. All you have to do is go to gymnstics and practice for a period of time. When you are ready you go to the park and you start off running then you do a round off back hand spring 3 times and there you are. That's all it takes if you practice.
i have absolutely no idea, but i know that Tommy nitro's karate adventure in french is just about the most stupid thing ever put on film in the history of man kind. it is totally like "JOHNNY NITRO!" and he beats up these two nerdy guys dressed in rolled up gymnstics mats. wow.

All sports require endurance for one main reason. Your moving. The most famous sports for muscular endurance is swimming, soccer, tennis, Basket ball, Football etc. That's because it pushes your muscles to work harder and keep up with your brain PS Curling Ping-Pong aren't sports don't let anyone else tell you other wise!
Well, say you were trying to do a cartwheel off of a balance beam. You would need to estimate how far you should walk on the beam until you make your leap of faith. You also need to estimate how much you weigh on each side and where on your feet you should land so you don't fall flat on your face. The same with the bars. You need to figure out how much momentum you need to flip yourself over. Too much will make you fly, and too little will bring you back to where you started. People do math all day and don't realize it.
No! Cheerleading is for boys too. In fact, most cheer gyms request boys on their team. They are quick learners. They are excellent tumblers and can throw girls really high. Never feel afraid to cheer if your a boy!!!!!
