Taking guys at premier positions (shortstop/third basemen) first. Then get as many closers as you can. They get the most stats.

it depends on what type on strategy you like, if its age of empire's then its probably crusader if its realism of the medieval ages then stronghold 2 is for you but if you're into fantasy then legends is for you hope this helped :)
