The main difference between the events that any auxiliary equipment is not used in the high jump by the athlete. In contrast, the athlete jumps with the pole as an assisting equipment in the pole vault to pass over the bar. All athletes have three attempts per height during the competition.
The height you can achieve in a high jump depends on things like skill, muscular strength and body shape, not just height. A skillful jumper, for instance, bends his or her body backwards when going over the bar so their center of mass goes under the bar.
In the high jump event in track and field competitions, athletes must clear a horizontal bar without knocking it down. The rules dictate that the athlete must take off from one foot and clear the bar without touching it. The height of the bar is gradually increased, and athletes have three attempts to clear each height. The winner is the athlete who clears the highest height successfully.

You wait for the screensaver (a horizontal bar) at the right corner. When it comes it will lift you up but dont move or it will get back to the game and you will fall off. Wait until the bar gets to the highest it can go and then jump. When you jump it will take you to the econnect. When you're there just jump over to the trash bin.

Well there are two options. They either jump over a hurdle, which is a short bar that the runners race over, or they jump over a bar for the high jump or pole vault, which has two stands and a flexible bar.
