Stunting, also known as forming pyramids, is basically people picking each other up. It used to be that a stunt was people standing on eachother's backs. Now it means two bases and two spots (a front and a back) lifting up a flyer, and holding her in the air. There are many different types of stunts, from stationary preps, to high flying basket tosses. For more information and a compelete list of stunts, visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_cheerleading_stunts
It is a one legged stunt where the flyer lifts her leg ( the leg that the bases aren't holding onto) up behind her and holds the toe of her shoe with both hands behind her head. It requires a great deal of streching in order to do it.

We do a stunt very similar to that in our routine, but we throw the flyer back. We just call it a throwback, I dont really think there is an official name for that type of stunt.
