What is Akiak a tale from the Iditarod?

Akiak is a story about a sled team and the led dog Akiak. In the start of the story it shows someone talking about how the sledder never won the Iditorad race and facts about the dogs and the lead dog Akiak. In the middle of the story it is when the start of at Nome,Alaska and Akiak gets hurt so he gets on a plane and the sledder replaces Akiak with another sled dog and how Akiak jumps of the plane and wanders around looking for his sled team. At the end of the story it shows how Akiak finds his team and one of the other teams makes a trail that doesn't lead to Anchorage,Alaska and to some other place then they take the trail then Akiak comes and warns them that the trail leads to the below 0 degrees Pacific Ocean near the Aleutian Islands. And the first place sled team ends up being in second place and Akiak's team ends up in first place and win's there first Iditorad race in the Iditorad race or the Alaskan sled race from Nome to Anchorage,Alaska and Akiak's team win's.
